The FANUC CR-7iA is FANUC's newest collaborative robot resembles the LR Mate family. Painted green to show it's ability to work beside humans, you can expect the same reliability as FANUC's yellow robots. The CR-7iA is ideal for small part sorting and assembly, inspection, machine tending, and part delivery.  It has a 7 kg payload, 717 mm reach, and is equipped with iRVision and Force Sensing.   There are a variety of mounting options such as floor, wall, and ceiling. 

The FANUC CR-7iA operates with the small R-30iB Mate controller, capable of running on 120v. It is designed to meet the safety requirements of ISO 10218-1:2011 and RIA/ANSI R15.06-2012.

The FANUC CR-4iA is one of FANUC's latest collaborative green robots.  This small robot features a 4kg payload, 550mm reach, and can work collaboratively with an operator safety and efficiently without any safety fences or barriers.  The FANUC CR4iA's structure is based off the proven design of the LR Mate series.  Its highly sensitive contact detection allows for the robot to work effectively with a human because of its iRVision software. The CR-4iA also has versatile mounting options, making it ideal for a variety of production lines.  This robot pperates with the small R-30iB Mate controller.

The FANUC CR-35iA is the highly advanced collaborative robot.  With a high payload of 35kg, this collaborative robot has the heaviest payload against the competition.  The CR35iA has soft covers that makes it comfortable to touch and protects against any pinch points.  

Its integrated safety sensor makes it stop instantly if it senses touch, and has been approved by the TUV (ISO 10218-1-2011, Category 3, PL=d).  

FANUC wanted to base their collaborative robot design off their existing industry proven designs.  Their idea is that this is a real robot performing real industrial operations, only now it has the safety ability to work side by side with humans.  The new FANUC CR 35iA is expected to be out in the market this year.
