The FANUC LRMate 200iD is the latest, compact, mini robot that has the approximate reach and size of a human arm. This helps to minimize interference with peripheral devices and allows operation in narrow spaces. It is known as the lightest mechanical unit in its class and has multiple mounting options which helps with installation flexibility.
The LR Mate 200iD R30iA features high motion performance and a 7kg payload. There are multiple models of the LR Mate 200iD available such as the standard arm LR Mate 200iD (717mm reach), LR Mate 200iD/4S short arm (550mm reach), LR Mate 200iD/7L long arm (911mm reach), food/clean-room, and wash-proof.
The FANUC LR Mate 200iD has a small footprint, is light weight, and has multiple mounting options, all of which help to make it an easy robot to integrate and install. Additionally, the robot has a highly rigid arm and advanced servo technology that helps it perform exceptionally smooth with minimal vibrations during high-speed operations.
As mentioned previously, if necessary there is an IP69K robot option and a bottom cable exit option available to help provide protection in harsh environments. If vision is needed, then there are also many intelligent features available such as iRVision and force sensing.
The FANUC LRMate 200iD/4S R30iB is a highly productive, short arm model available in the LR Mate 200iD series. It has a 550mm reach and a 4 kg payload capacity. Extremely compact, this 6 axis short arm robot has been designed for confined spaces and compact machines. The FANUC LR Mate 200iD/4s's slim arm is useful in narrow spaces, and its hand cabling and piping are integrated into the arm. Easy to integrate, this model is also available with a range of options including integrated intelligent (vision & force) functionality, and special application packages.
